你需要具备的才能：
1、热爱生活和创意，对真善美的事物，特别是对纸制品创意有着自己独特的感知和领悟能力；
2、在视觉艺术方面有一技之长的，如手绘、插画、手工DIY、电脑手绘、电脑合成技术强、摄影等专长，只要你有能力也有想法把你的创意在贺卡上完美地呈现。
3、有思想，有激情，设计大胆、不拘一格，能够用心对待每一个设计作品；
4、理解能力强，善于沟通与合作。
5、有充分的创作时间，能够将创意有效、按时地付诸实施。
注：专业不限，大专、本科、研究生不限；在创意相关比赛中获奖或在杂志期刊发表过作品者优先。
你的工作职责：
尽可能发挥你的奇思妙想，在考虑市场效果的同时，按时保质的创造出只属于你的独特贺卡。

As time passes, we no longer write letters with pen and paper, we no longer spend hours picking the right card. With the new technologies, we send messages with a simple click, the connection with your friends and family is weighing less than the effort of the clicks.

Qualifications:
1. Natural love for life and design. Have unique understandings of paper craft designing.
2. Specialty in visual arts, i.e. painting, illustration, DIY craft, computer painting, computer compositing technique, photographing, and etc. or capability of presenting your designs on cards.
3. Passion, creativity, and responsibility.
4. Good communications and teamwork skills.
5. Adequate time devotion, ability to work efficiently and timely.
All majors and levels of education are welcome. Applicants with awards and/or publications in relevant contests or periodicals are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design greetings that are unique and have business potentials.

2. Financial return: our company pays for all designers whose designs are approved.
3. Internship certificate: when a number of your designs are approved, our company is willing to provide internship certificate for you upon request.
4. Career opportunities: outstanding part time card designers will be hired as full time designers by our company. Once hired, opportunities are available to advance to head designer position.
5. Copyright guarantee: for all designers whose designs are approved, our company will sign labor cooperation agreement to protect rights of both sides.
