>林路，上海师范大学人文与传播学院广告系教授，影像传播硕士生导师，中国摄影家协会会员，上海翻译家协会会员。从事摄影教育和摄影理论研究十余年，出版摄影理论、技术专著70余本，并屡屡获奖。
>本次讲座，林教授将结合《今日美国艺术》展览，着重讲述当代美国影像的自恋情结，揭示美国年轻一代摄影家通过影像讲述自我生存空间的种种可能。这些摄影家包括：声誉卓著的耶鲁一代女孩——被称为“耶鲁一代”的摄影新人——80年代后期和90年代毕业于耶鲁大学的摄影家，其中不少优秀的女性，如凯蒂•格兰纳、贾斯汀•柯兰，她们同样以女性作为创作主体的摄影作品，也许能为我们揭示女权主义在今日美国艺术中的意义。

>Lin Lu is a professor in the Advertising Department at the College of Culture and Communication at Shanghai Normal University. He is likewise a tutor for graduate student in Visual Communications, a member of the China Photography Association and Shanghai translation Association. He has been teaching and researching photography for more than a decade and has written more than 70 texts, in addition to receiving several awards.
>This Lecture, in association with the current exhibition at MoCA Shanghai, Art in America Now, will focus on the narcissism of contemporary American photography and reveal the various perspectives and strategies of the new generation of American photographers These outstanding photographers of the so called Yale’s generation such as Katy Grannan and Justine Kurland, both of whom graduated from Yale University during the late 80s and early 90s develop their works through a female prospective, which explores the place of feminism in American art world today.
>Prof. Lin’s lecture will be dispersed and illustrated with more nearly 100 photographic works.
